There are several steps in the process of auto body repair. At CCC, we know your time is valuable, and we work to get your vehicle to you as quickly as possible without compromising quality. Read on to learn more about our approach to collision repair.
This is the first step in the process, in which we thoroughly review your vehicle to ascertain as best we can both the extent of the damage and the work required to fix it. This typically takes about an hour and can be completed while you wait. Once we have finished the assessment, we will provide and initial cost estimate for the repairs.
After the initial estimate has been approved, we begin the disassembly process, in which we dismantle the damaged portion of the vehicle to fully diagnose what needs to be fixed. At this stage, it is highly likely that the initial price estimate will need to be amended. The price may increase or decrease depending on what we see as we dig deeper.
During this stage, our expert technicians complete the repair work, from the inside to the outside. We use high-quality parts and pay careful attention to detail. Our commitment to excellence and quality workmanship is what sets us apart from other shops, and we never compromise—ever.
If needed, a fresh coat of paint is applied to the repaired area. Our technicians use the latest technology and tools to achieve the exact paint color applied by the manufacturer of your vehicle. However, if the paint job elsewhere on the car is weathered or fading, you may notice a difference between the freshly painted area and the old paint. If this is the case, we may recommend a full paint job to keep your vehicle looking its best.
We will walk through the completed repairs with you to ensure your full satisfaction and to assess once more that everything is working properly.
After the repair process is complete, your car will be cleaned and made available for you to pick up. We want your experience with CCC to be completely stress-free and pleasant from beginning to end, and this final step is our way of making sure your car is a good as new.
